Fisher Youth Theatre Group presents Terra/Earth

Auditorium 115 Plan, Saturday 16 Mar 2019, 14:00  - ends at 16:00

This year, those who have taken the chance to enter the NT Connections Festival with FYTG, have been allocated a play unlike any other that has been performed in the 24 years of this prestigious youth festival. The National Theatre is naturally very excited, as are we.

Nell Leyshon, novelist and playwright has won many awards and nominations for her writing. She was the first woman playwright to have her work Bedlam performed at the Globe. Her travels with the British Council, to encourage and inspire writers from all walks of life, took her to countries with huge social divisions and inspired Terra/Earth.

Terra/Earth is a play about division over petty differences, which eventually evaporate because of an unlikely unifying force. The story is told through words and movement.

Please support FYTG take part in great new writing for young people, and be part of keeping theatre alive and telling stories into the future.
